Maybe they have different conventions in different countries, but I've always known for ties to take the higher rank. --Belthazar451 22:35, 1 February 2009 (UTC)

Well, I'm basing it off the structure of the fact that, when prizes are awarded, lets say someone tied for first and there were two second place prizes but only one first place, there can't be two first place prizes therefore they would both recieve the second place prize and the person who came in after them would recieve third, so on and so forth.--Matt121493 22:40, 1 February 2009 (UTC)
