Disambiguation needed

I am not sure if this situation is precedented on YPPedia, but here is what we currently have. A shipyard on Alkaid Island used to exist by this name and is now dusted. A new iron monger has been built under the same name. Do we separate out two articles, and if so, what kind of disambiguation should be used? Or shall we consolidate the two buildings into one article and use multiple infoboxes? For the record, I support the former proposition. Chupchup 17:14, 14 July 2014 (PDT)

Eh, as you can see, I took matters into my own hands. I'm not sure if this is an ideal situation - there is at least one more entity, a Meridian flag, known as Monkey Business. There may be no primary topic here. But as it stands, the extant IM now occupies the article Monkey Business. I'm open to more suggestions. Chupchup 21:23, 14 July 2014 (PDT)

Looks good to me. I would keep the iron monger on the Monkey Business article for now, since the shipyard is long gone and so is the flag. Personally I would turn Monkey Business into a disambig page once we have two more defunct entities or one more active entity that have articles about them (in addition to the shipyard and the iron monger). I think the disambiguation used here (shipyard) is fine. by convention it seems to be by type (building vs flag), then by building subtype (shipyard vs iron monger). After that I suppose you could disambig it by ocean if need be (meridian shipyard vs cerulean shipyard) and finally by alive/dead status (defunct meridian shipyard vs meridian shipyard).
