I don't understand what "yen" is meant to be!

Propose page protection
I am not sure about the exact method we should use, but I thought that people should be made aware that this project is no longer taking signups. It seems that full page protection, restricting editing to administrators, would do the trick nicely. There is really no need for anyone else to edit the page, am I right?
