Black & Gold Elephant Secondary Colors

The note in the main page still says that it is speculated that OMs and Ringers can create elephants in colors that are not available at the Palace Shoppe. I personally can confirm this now. I recently recieved a Bronze Elephant with Red and Black as secondary colors as a prize for my entry in the Karaoke Kapers Part Duh contest. I have updated the images that is used for My Pet to include my particular variation of the Bronze Elephant. I would like to move that the Elephant text be changed to say that Black and Gold are available from OMs and Ringers as special prizes for Tournaments and contests. If anyone wants to confirm it for yourself if you catch me logged in on Viridian give me a shout and I'll show you my special Elephant. --Kgarrett1969 13:54, 3 December 2008 (UTC)

Pictures of Limited Edition pets

Shouldn't there be an image of the limited edition pets? The ones on the pets page are single images, not the whole palette, and for one, the spring green elephant has only one image to it.--Jelvik 14:49, 25 May 2010 (UTC)

Black/black cloth is the only type available from black boxes

According to Sizzly's post, a black box could only produce an elephant with black/black cloth. I have added the information about black boxes, but I was not able to clarify that they only produced black/black/black elephants, so someone else might want to clean up that part too. Unlisted Colors

I have received a gold elephant with colors on its clothes that do not match the listed known colors. My husband opened a gold box and found it. It looks to be gold skin colors with a cloth that is white with magenta as the secondary color. Does this need to be added to the page? Do I need to post a screenshot of it? I've never really edited the YPP like this and this is all new to me.

Does it match any of the ones in this grid? (You can find all the other grids in the Elephant article.) If it still doesn't match, try posting a screenshot in this forum which is dedicated to all things YPPedia. Cloth colors

At some point since the grids were created, the in-game cloth colors were tweaked. Most of the differences aren't visible unless you zoom in, but, for instance, the purple does look purple now. I might eventually update the colors that are the most obviously different, but for now, I'm leaving the old grids alone.

The booched elephants and the gold elephants I just added are correct, though. When I photoshopped the new combinations together, I pulled the standard colors from the palace shoppe rather than the existing grid elephants. I thought I'd mention it just in case anyone wonders why some of them don't quite match the others... --Budclare2 14:39, 3 October 2015 (PDT)
