- Yeah it is. The line itself is rather annoying (and you can tell the creator held down Shift instead of using Caps Lock even, due to the "), but the reason it is there is even worse. Course, some flags won't read that line anyhow. --Thunderbird 14:42, 9 March 2006 (PST)
