Purpose statement
I edited the purpose statement in such a way as to ensure the reader knows that this is a subjective statement, not an objective statement, or a statement of fact.

After reflection, I've decided to move the "offending" statement into the Public Statement section, and will edit the crew's statement to match. The Purpose section has been removed.
