LadyCeilidh is organizing a parrty in Capistrano Beach, Orange County, California. The event will last from Friday July 21st to Sunday July 23rd.

Location

Capistrano Beach, Orange County

This beach offers BBQ/bonfire pits, Volleyball and basketball courts, concession stands, tons of beach activities, and millions more. If you have any ideas, list them here!

The hotel will be the Capistrano Beach Resort.

Rates are as follows: (Each room reservation comes with free continental breakfast, but if you have people doing the floor thing, they won't get the breakfast, so you'll have to figure that out on your own) $209 for the smallest room per night, $259 for the medium per night, and $279 for the largest per night. In general, figure to pay about $40 per person a night, if the rooms are full to capacity. They're BEAUTIFUL rooms, and the view in the beach facing rooms (which most of them were) is GORGEOUS. It's well worth it.

Rooms are as follows: YOU all decide how you want to do this. We'll help out.

  • Largest room with one bath and a BAR, two two-people beds and a two-person pullout couch, room for one to two people on the floor.
  • Medium room with one bath, three two-people beds, room for one on the floor maybe.
  • Smallest room has bath, Two-person pullout couch, two-person bed, and floor room for one.

Some rooms have different things: BBQs, microwaves, stoves, coffeemakers, THE BAR, you get the idea.

If you intend to reserve a room, put that here so that people may put themselves with you. Please ONLY do this if you either are about to, or already have reserved a room with the hotel using your credit card. (there is no charge for reserving, they just need the number) After you reserve a room, please email me with your real name and the room number. PLEASE make sure you can't fit in any already reserved rooms BEFORE reserving your own. We don't want 54651354 rooms open because the more full the rooms are, the less expensive they are per person.

Transportation/Carpools

If you have a car and are willing to drive, please list the name that you can be located under on the forums, location, and number of available passenger space here. MUCH appreciation. Passengers, please contact the drivers as you add yourself to their car, and make sure they know you're coming. Talk to them a little. Say hi. Try not to be creepy. note: If you're carpooling, do expect to fork over some gas money. You know how gas prices have been!

  • The now famous, TWISTER TOURNY! Win a familiar! (no, seriously!)

  • Pot luck lunch! Bring your specialty!
  • Fancy dinner at the snazzy rib joint in town! Please give me input as to the type of food you'd like to have otherwise, cause we've got a hookup!
  • Tournies and games! Tutorials!

Sunday July 23

  • Big breakfast
  • Dana Point Tallships pirate event in the works
  • BBQ and bonfire on the beach. S'MORES!!!
  • Check out and goodbyes
