CREW COLORS-red,maroon,and white
u dont have to wear crew colors but it would be nice to see people representing.
RANKINGS:
CABIN PERSON- just ask a officer or higher politly.
PIRATE- one stat higher than able or 3 exp narrow or higher.
OFFICER- no ables in bilge or sails i understand carp but ye must have higher than narrow expierience in it.u must also go through officer training which happends ethier saturday or sunday.
FLEET OFFICER- no ables at all except carp. captians trust.
SENIOR OFFICER- captians trust and respected+ b nav and put crew first and put money into funds every once in a while
CAPTIAN: dont ask it wont happen
EXTRA: we will have drwings every other week tickets 250 poe each or 5 for 1k. all money goes into a pot and what is total in the pot the winner takes 50% and the rest goes to the crew funds if u want a ticket u can buy them from manmurderer your captian.
MORE: some months there will be other drawings were tickets are 1k each and the prize will be somthing like a limeted adition item. or an expensive item like a ship.

BOARDING A SHIP: Please try ask permission to board be simply going PTB (per mission to board) and a simple answer back if its ok to board PTBG (permission to board granted) the reason why is because we do trade runs and elite pillys and u hoping on a ship can jepordize the money we earn or the hold of the ship.
TO ALL OFFICERS OF ANY LEVEL: Never ever leave a ship out at sea and if for a amergancie put 5k for sloop 10k for cutter so on going 5k each size bigger for the ship u took out u put it in hold after u come back when it spawns at port with nothing on it. or the money will disapeer to.
DEMOTION: a demotion will occur if u do not follow the rule above and if u are caught leaving ships in battle to go pilly yerself or to go do something unless u are logging off there is no resaon it cant wait 10 min tops.
makeing people fo and higher they need captians trust first so i will rank that. will cost a week of down grade.
Stealing from unloked vessels. a fee of double of what u took.
