RULES OF THE CREW: EVERYBODY IS FREE TO PILLAGE IF THEY JUST RESTOCK THE BOATS
- Manners, everyone has them. Only use the good onces please.
- Always have respect for jobbers and for the members from the crew.
- Please restock the boats correctly as in the officer bulletin indicated. If you don't have enough with the restockmoney you got from the booty, you'll have to pay it from your own money. If you don't do this you can get a punishment; like being demoted or restock if but then you'll have to pay something too the crewfund too, how much depents on what you didn't restock. The Officer who brought out the boat is responsable for this.
- Only the Senior Officers and the Captain do the promotions. And please, don't ask the hole time for a promotion, if the Captain and the Senior Officers think you're ready for it they will, promote you and train.
Promotions:
- PIRATE: We don't have Cabin Persons in this crew, who joins becomes a Pirate.
- OFFICER: Solids at Carpentry, Sailing and Bilging and Narrow at Gunning. Also 1 Master in one of the above skills. You also need to be able to pay the Officerbadge. When you get promoted to Officer, you can't lead a pilage untill one of the Senior Officers or the Captain has trained you. This will happen as fast as possible.
- FLEET OFFICER: The things you need to become an Officer and at least one weighty in Carpentry, Sailing or Bilging. Broad and Master in Battle Navigation. You also need the trust of the Senior Officers and the Captain because, when you are a Fleet Officer, you have FULL acces to the hold of an unlocked vessel. Ofcourse you still need to be able to pay the Officer badge.
- SENIOR OFFICER: The things you need to become a Fleet Officer.have the captain's ultimate trust. But now you need to be Weighty in Carpentry, Sailing and Bilging. You have to be Solid/ Renowend in Battle Navigation. To become a Senior Officer you also need the ULTIMATE trust of the Captain and the other Senior Officers. Being an Senior Officer is a great honor but also a great responsablety, Senior Officers give the Captain advice, and help in this way lead the crew.
- CAPTAIN: That's mine, you can't have it. Should i ever quit the game, one of the Senior Officers get's this rank.

You don't force you to buy at these stalls, but i is always great to suport your crewmembers in this way.
