We just started so all ranks but S.O. are available. Some requirements are made though:
Promotion Criteria
Cabin person: this will be a punishment :)
Pirate rank: given upon joining
Officer: bnav dist+ and needs to have completed officer training. Officer training will be given by the S.O. and the Captain
F.O.(Fleet Officer: bnav master+ and some trust.
S.O.: will be given on full trust.
