Blockade Changes and Other Fixes

- Vessels now enforce the same boarding restrictions for joining during a break as they do when entering from the start.
- You can no longer enter a blockade if your voyage type is not set to "blockade".
- Vessels which are not a member of either flag contesting a blockade can now port and deport as if the blockade was not happening.
- Login screen layout improvements: panels stay within a reasonable width and center in the window. The account picker grows with taller windows.
- Fixed names for the "Berry pie" trinket and small "Dog plushie".
- Foraging puzzle uprez: 2x versions of pieces, crates, ant, monkey, debris animations, and cursors.
- Vampirate carpentry backgrounds and wood pieces updated at both resolutions. This makes them slightly brighter and easier to see.
