Standings Refinement and Bug Fixes

- Gunning duty reports and standings have been tuned further.
- Hearts and spades now use the full standing curve, rather than everyone being the same standing.
- Roulette can no longer be advertised in global or trade chat. To remind pirates of this change, we have added roulette to the filter. Please do note work around the filter or it will be considered spamming.
- Fix for large SF/Rumble fights that didn't allow you to scroll to see all the enemies.
- Fix for cards covering some of the face of the players in poker.
- Fix for blacksmithing not showing the remaining pieces counter.
