Blockade Changes Continues

Blockades:
The blockade window for the weekend of 06/13 will be shortened to help facilitate our observations of how these changes are working. Blockades this weekend can only be on Saturday noon-3 pm Sunday 10 am - noon. Bidding will be 12:00 pm Thursday - 12:00 pm Friday game time. For more details, the Ice discussion thread for these changes can be found here.
- A new type of "sealed war" has been introduced. This allows you to place a bid on blockades without revealing your intentions to other players before the window closes.
- The notice board blockades tab now shows accurate information about the blockade conditions on sealed-bid islands.
- Sealed-bid blockade declarations now give you any relevant error messages before submission.
- Logging in at the wrong time no longer gives false messages about overdue taxes.
Ship budget:
- The ship budget is a new system that limits how many ships each team can field in a blockade, based on the island's tax revenue. This encourages more strategic play and prevents one team from overwhelming the other with sheer numbers. The budget is displayed on the notice board and in the bidding window, so you can plan your fleet accordingly.
