Small Patch Fix

From the Release Notes:
  • Fixed crash when familiar sort order is used in a way we didn't expect.
  • Added more missing pet colors.
  • Adjustments to how some pet colors are extracted. Humunculus, elephant, and others should now display correctly.
  • Dismiss messages should now display during a skirmish, rather than after you exit.
  • Bnav zoom now only happens if you hold control down, to prevent accidental zooming.
  • Bnav zoom level is now remembered per view type (normal or bird's eye).
