Small Blockade Update

From the Release Notes:

Small updates for blockading:

  • Remove "attacker's advantage" in blockades. Attackers and defenders now behave the same way when it comes to which side of the blockade board their vessel will engage/disengage on.
  • Fixed the blockade jobbing table to be highest to lowest by pay.
