Holiday Hodgepodge

From the Release Notes:

Added new player-created holiday trinkets to the Palace Shoppe On the shoppe recipes panel for managers - if the shop doesn't have enough of a commodity or labor or its use is disabled, fade that commodity/labor type on the recipe info panel. Also, if the recipe itself is disabled, show that info too. Fix bug with the apothecary puzzle not ending. Added new imperial-outpost trophies specific to the sinking version. Allow the Atlantean Citadel to appear somewhat shallower on Atlantis Boards.
