Add several words to the family server white list. Bugfixes: Fix the small dog in portraits. Fix that rats given out in the tutorial mission could be placed on islands. Fix several Spanish translations. Fix editing flag news. Fix issues where stalls/shops would inappropriately apply labor to reserve.
