Reign In Blood is a crew on the Sage Ocean. It was founded on June 15, 2006 by Josecuervo and Gothiccutie. The Crew joined the Flag The Phantom Fleet about one week after the crew was created. About six week later the crew lef the Flag as Josecuervo created a new flag Show No Mercy
Public Statement:
We are a new crew but our officers do have experience. We are happy to have new members to our crew. So if you would like to join just ask any officer of the crew.
While on a pillage, please do not ask to join or to be promoted until you get to port so you do not distract people while working or in a battle.
Abusive, rude, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated from anyone in the crew including Officers or you will be planked!
Remember we are all here to have fun!
Pillages:
1. The Officer in command is the Officer who took the Vessel out of Port.
2. Always obey the Officer in command.
3. If the Officer in command has to leave the Vessel for any reason they must inform everyone onboard.
4. Only a Senior Officer can take command of the vessel without the commanding Officer say so, but must have a valid reason for doing so.
5. During swordfights or rumbling please remember to team up in teams of 2 or 3.
Promotions:
Pirate: 2 Broads in Piracy skill and a Pirate Badge.
Officer: 2 Broads and 2 Solids in Piracy skills and Officer Badge also must be with the Crew for at least 2 weeks.
Fleet Officer: 2 Broads and 4 Solids in Piracy skills, an Officer Badge, your own vessel, have been with the Crew for at least 4 weeks and the trust of a Senior Officer.
Senior Officer: 6 Solids in Piracy skills, a Senior Officer Badge, your own vessel, have been with the Crew for at least 6 weeks and the trust of majority of our Senior Officer.
Should the Captain ever resign, the Officers shall nominate a successor and shall be voted on by the crew. But the resigning Captain will have final approval.
If you meet the requirements of a specific rank inform an Officer who will submit it to the other Officers for review. Jobbers or Cabin Persons will not be promoted to Officers, so do not ask or you will be planked.
Anyone can gain the rank of Officer if you show Loyalty and be able to run their own pillages, but you must restock the ship and return the vessel to one of the ports specified unless leaving a ship for foraging but please inform a Superior Officer of where vessel will be at or could lead to a demotion. Also all Officer must show respect to everyone in the crew. Being an Officer is not about rank and having authority, it's more about helping give direction and advice new members of the crew so they will have an enjoyable experience and want to continue with the crew and help make it stronger. Abuse of this power can not only lead to demotion but also expulsion from the crew.
