Rebel Alliance was flag which operated in the middle and north of the Garnet Archipelago of the Cobalt Ocean. They were small but proud. None of their royalty or even monarch had exceptional puzzle standing but they tried to prove to all pirates that stats are not everything. When the Rebel Alliance disbanded, it was practically a merge with Wings of Gold, one of its former allies.
The flag disbanded on 11-16-2007 because the monarch crew The confederacy was fading fast so King Crossleg disbanded it so he wouldn't have to worry about diplomacy while he rebuilt The "Dying" Confederacy. Crossleg claimed that the flag would return soon under a different name. that promise was fulfilled with the flag Southern Steel.
