The Plunder Cats was a crew formed in Azure by friends Mansfellow, Russel, and Stormy. Stormy was eventually chosen to be captain.
The crew reformed on Midnight and became one of the four core crews of the new flag Midnight Armada along with the Mad Mutineers, Red Dawn, and the Yellow Jackets.
The crew had problems with inactivity after members Autumn and Parka left to form Dead Pirates' Society and Russel went inactive after joining the United States Air Force.
The crew was eventually disbanded, and Red Dawn Captain Dmentia offered to take in any Plunder Cats members and let them retain their rank. Members Evilvin and Stormy joined Red Dawn and members Cire and Mansfellow formed the crew Knights of Plunder.
