In joining you commit yourself to making the game fun for everyone in the crew, to do your best in our pillages and to be there for any others who need assistance.
By joining you will also get all of these things in return. If you have problems there will always be someone here to listen. The game will be as fun as we can possibly make it, too many crews these days try to turn what should be a fun game into a boring slog of hard work.

Officer in Training - Have Narrow and Respected in all stats except B-Nav and the parlour games.
Officer - Pass officer training test
Fleet Officer - Own a ship, have been an officer with the crew for quite a while.
Senior Officer - Only a few will be granted this position, it is a position of honour and will only be given to a member who is with the crew a long time and has shown themselves to be a more than capable officer.
