Pitch Black is a dormant independent crew on the Cobalt Ocean.
Public Statement
This crew was started by Phade, passed on to Hodge, and is now held by Babelfish in his place, should he ever want it back. It is not an active crew right now.
Extended Public Statement
We're a new and developing crew, guided by an experienced Captain. Our focus is on fun while making a good bit o' poe in the process, and advancing the crew and flag.
While I will not set a minimum age for joining the crew, there is a less objective minimum maturity level for the crew. If you would like to join, get in contact with an officer of the Captain and we'll see how it goes.

Cabin Person to Pirate: Subscribe to the game and tell a SO or higher.
Pirate to OiT/Officer: Prove you are capable of running a ship efficiently, with competent understanding of both avoiding and finding battles, and a showing of competence in Battle Navigation. You must also own your own ship. Also Sailing, Carpentry, and Bilge must be at broad level.
Officer to Senior Officer: Senior Officers will only be appointed by the Captain, with consultation to any existing SOs. Do not ask to be made a Senior Officer. It is the surest way to not be made one.
