Phlegyas is an officer of the crew Poseidon's Outlaws and a member of the flag Illuminatti on the Hunter Ocean. He was born January 8, 2010.
Mythology
Phlegyas was the son of Ares and Chryse, mythical ancestor of the Phlegyans, a people of Thessaly. He was also the king of the Lapiths and father of Ixion and Coronis. When Coronis became the mother of Asclepius by Apollo, Phlegyas became so angry at Apollo that he torched his temple at Delphi. Apollo killed him and send him to the underworld.
