Peglegphil

Peglegphil is an officer of Swashbucklers of Sage from the flag Notorious on the Sage Ocean. He first started out as a pirate in the crew and was a favorite of Captain Saluteme. Peglegphil went to the flag's officer training, but it wasn't for about two weeks until Saluteme asked him to come back, and he was promoted to officer.
For a while, he was in the crew of Scorpions of Sage as senior officer, but went back to Swashbucklers when Scorpions left the flag Notorious.
Peglegphil owns a few sloops, but rarely pillages as he usually swordfights other pirates or fights against the skeletons.
