Pax Piranha has no ties to any crews or flags from other oceans. It was founded by one lone madwoman who came to the Hunter Ocean keeping any prior identities a secret. Pax Piranha has a strong focus on training and advancement. Thus, it welcomes all greenies and pirates of any skill level, so long as ye are genuinely willing to learn, or to teach what ye know to others.
