Cabin Person- Starting rank for EVERYBODY

Pirate- Two broads in two piracy skills

Officer- Four broads in piracy skills (I don't really care about standing) or have your own ship

Fleet Officer- Basically the same as Officer except you have a nicer hat. :) plus undying loyalty and respect to Marinee.

Senior Officer- Exceptional trust, amazing leadership skills. Only the most trusted and attractive people can reach this rank.
