The Motley Crew was a crew on the Sage Ocean. It was for anyone who likes adventure on the Sage Ocean. There were no requirements needed to join this crew. They were part of the flag Aces Of Spades on the Sage Ocean.

Welcome to Motley Crew. This is the crew with the most fun of the whole Sage ocean
Extended Public Statement
The most important thing in this crew is that we all have as much fun as possible. We were all greenies once when we started the game so we understand how new pirates feel sometimes. That's why we are all willing to help ye around in the game. When ye have a question just ask. I didn't start this crew myself so I hope I can continue this crew in the way it was.
Ranking
- Cabin person = Just ask an officer or above to join
- Pirate = When the captain comes on, she will make a crew member a pirate if they have basic experience.
- Officer = Broad in Carpentry, Bilging and Sailing but is preferred if one of them is solid, some Gunnery experience is ideal.
- Fleet officer = Trust. Battle Navigation skills are a must and they must be able to run a crew pillage once in a while.
- Senior officer = More trust. A ship. With even better stats required for officers or fleet officers
- Captain = There's only the best one in the world.
Captain can't check everyone's stats but she tries to check as many as possible once a week and will promote appropriately.
