Midnight Horizon was a flag formed on the 1st June 2004. Comprised of only Dawn Traders, Kaaky was the queen. She recruited a few crews, and when Dawn Traders split into Dawn Traders and Dawn Raiders, Dawn Raiders kept the flag Midnight Horizon.

At around August 2004, Midnight Horizon was the 15th most active flag in the ocean. They sought the Eclipse Island, but their intent was changed to Zeta. However, at the end of August, a flag fallout started, and in one night, many crews left the flag in anger, over how it was raised. Kaaky still decided to blockade Zeta, but was soundly defeated by of doom.

Many crews who left Midnight Horizon decided to form their own flag, Neptune's Mariners.

Areds was said to be the downfall of Midnight Horizon. His crew, Areds's Raiders and a branch of The Doubloon Hunters, were actively involved in the flag. After Pezzer and his group went to Neptune's Mariners, Areds was assigned Advisor to Kaaky. As Advisor he accused two captains of being spies who left immediately. Also, he did not return ships to their owners after the blockade, causing anger in the flag. Midnight Horizon had a bright future up until the absence of Pezzer.

Kaaky left the flag and decided to go and join Dark Judgement, and became a lady of Anubis' Army. She quit the game in late December 2004.
