Midgard is an uninhabitable island.
In Norse mythology, Midgard (or Miðgarðr, meaning "Middle Earth") is the name for the physical world, the world inhabited by humans. It is the fourth of nine planes of existence. Midgard is located in the middle of the trunk of the World-Tree Yggdrasil, and is surrounded by Jötunheim, the world of the giants.
