Merchant Penguins was founded on October 15, 2006 by Cdoggz on the Cobalt Ocean. The crew was originally in the flag Oceanus, then switched to Dead Man's Chest, which is now known as Path of Destruction. The crew later moved on to the flag Sabotage.
Some time after joining Sabotage, Cdoggz went on vacation to take a break from the flag. Upon her return, Cdoggz joined The Emerald Panthers. This left the crew without a captain, and the crew disbanded soon after.
