"We just hired him to bilge on one of our Ruby pillages. He did a great job bilging and wanted to join the crew afterwards. As soon as he joined he wanted to do anything he could to help. So we told him to take a job at our new iron monger. He was quite happy to do so and keeps asking if we want him to order supplies or run them over. Generally he has done as much as he can to help even though he is new. When he decided to make his own crew he joined APP as quick as he possibly could!"
