We don't care if in your old crew you were a senior officer if you don't got the stats you don't get the rank! But owning a ship helps alot on all ranks! Cabin Person: just plain green then you get pirate
Pirate: one broad
Officer: four broads or own a ship
Fleet Officer: four broads one must be battle navigation ( Owning a ship helps)
Senior officer: two solids and 3 broads solids must be in gunning and bnaving
