Welcome to Lightening Strike, we may be a small crew but we have some old salts amongst us.

We aim to grow and become one of the best crews on sage, If ye enjoy jobbing with us ask an officer to join ye full time, we always welcome fresh hands or thoose with experiance.

Promotion requirements

• Cabin Person: Just ask any Officer or above, we are always happy to join ye.
• Pirate: Must have at least 2 Broads in any Carp, Sails or Bilge and take part in many crew pillages.
• Officer: More important to the stats listed below ye must conduct ye self in a manor befitting of the crew. Ye must treat all crew members with respect no matter of their level. Must have Solids in all duties and a standing of Master or above, have practiced the defeat the brigand's mission with the navy and be competent at Bnav. Ye may ask an SO for a promotion then leave it don't harass or beg, they will arrange a test for ye to see if ye are up to scratch.
• Fleet Officer: Ye must own ye own ship, run successful pillages often and be striving to improve ye stats and help the crew and have been an Officer for at least 2 weeks. Ye must also have the trust of myself and my SO's.
• Senior Officer: This is not just based apon ye stats. It takes more than just stats to be a SO (ye can ask me but don't be offended if I say no)
