Do NOT ask us to leave our flag. We will not.

If someone of a higher rank tells you to do something, do it or be planked.

Only officers and above can shout.

Always ask before gunning or navving.

Always ask before taking out or going on a boat that isn't yous. Slow Tench may be taken out any time, as long as there's no war going on and it's not being taken to a blockade.

Gunning only by Respected or higher. If there is no one with that requirement, the gunner(s) with the highest standing(s) on board will gun. If there is a tie, experience will be taken into account also. If it remains unresolved, the leading officer will decide who guns.

No promoting anyone unless they have the badge (Ask in advance).

Promotions:

Cabin person: Just ask, if someone doesn't already.

Pirate: Respected or higher gunning.

Officer: Weighty in two puzzles and Respected in one. Must also have Narrow nav and bnav OR a boat.

Fleet Officer: Must have been an officer for an least three days and have my trust.

Senior Officer: Must be good and have my trust.
