You may gain promotions for any the following reasons:

Officer - 5 broad

Fleet officer - Decent Stats

Senior officer - Great stats

Ships

Officer - 1 (Sloop to Dhow)

Fleet officer - 1 (Longship to War brig)

Senior officer - 1 (Merchant galleon to Grand frigate) or 2 (Sloop to War brig)

Punishments

Punishments will be inforced for stealing, repeat booching, and attempted rebellion. The severity will be decided by the commanding officer, and include:

• Planking (Jobbers)
• Disfavour
• Demotion
• Expulsion

Governing

While we are autocratic, any officers may freely propose issues for judgement. Please do not hesitate to do this if you or another crew member is due promotion. Do not, however, randomly reqest promotions as I will always check stats before deciding.

Flag

We are in the flag wave of destruction. I, as captain, hold royalty rank, while trusted senior officers will become titled member or even royalty . We will be blockading as regularly as possible, so please check, and help us if possible.

Focuses

1. Recruiting - we are a big crew but we still need to grow, so we need all the new members we can get!
2. Fame - Once we have our members, they can help with our next challenge; rising to illustruios fame
3. WAR! - As a flag, our ultimate goal will come into sight; blockading islands and ruling the waves!
