Promotion Requirements
This crew does not hand out high ranking positions without good reason, so do not ask for positions. You will be promoted when the time is right.
Always use PTB, if you board without permission you may be planked instantly.
- Pirate: Just join!
- Officer: Must be decent at bnav and know how to run a sloop pilly. (Max dmg, amount of stock)
- Fleet officer: Just an officer except with better stats, more active etc.
- Senior officer: Chosen by captain, no stat requirements. Senior Officer promotions will be based on how active the pirate is and how well they help the crew achieve its goals.
Never pillage on an unlocked ship without reading the officers bulletin and when running a pillage on an unlocked vessel always restock to that of the requirements set by the vessel owner. Failure to do so will result in punishment
