Game concept
A puzzle where you have to rotate blocks of metal with the mouse.
Objective
To get all the coloured squares into into an outline box of the same colour in the least amount of moves, and overall fill up the mold of a cannonball or sword with metal.
Gameplay
The player has to roate the blocks of "metal" to try and get them inside the coloured outlines. There are 94 squares and where the player clicks eight squares will be roated round, with four squares in the centre staying still. The coloured in blocks move, but the outlines do you not. Even once a block has been placed in the correct outline it still can be moved. A left mouse click will make the blocks rotate counter clockwise and right click is clockwise rotation. If you have a one button mouse you can [control] click the mouse.
The four middle squares don't move, but the eight around the edge will roate.
Scoring
The aim is to get the least amount of points but doing the least amount of moves. Each time you move you gain a point. The more points you get, the less metal will be poured into the mold after that round. Your overall score will depend on how many times you poured metal into the mold. (Less is better)
Variability
Sometimes there will be a gold piece on the board which will be very hard to place, but will take away two points from your score.(Thats good)The player may complete the board without the gold piece, but will not get the bonus.
End criteria
At the bottom on the board there will be the mold of a cannonball or sword, which the player has to fill. Everytime they complete a board a bit of metal will pour into the mold. The less moves you take, the more metal will pour into the mold after that round.
Difficulty scaling
Once a player has become better at the game there will be more pieces to place and a bigger mold to fill.
Crafting type
Ironmongers
Known problems
No time limit, so you can keep playing forever.
