Game concept
To solve the weaving puzzle within the time limit.
Objective
The aim of the game is to swap weaving pieces and solve what you are required to solve, (a picture of the item you must complete will be displayed in the game-play area.
Gameplay
You are now a weaver and you must swap pieces under and over to solve the puzzle. The puzzle pieces are blue and mixed up, so you must arrange them until you have a complete copy of the item displayed just outside the game-play area. Once this is done, you have completed one full session, but there's a catch. The game has a time limit of 900 seconds (15 minutes) and you must solve the puzzle within that time.
Scoring
Your score starts at 900, and every second you spend solving the weaving puzzle is a point off. By the time you complete the puzzle, whatever seconds are remaining is your score. The rank of your session is decided on how long you take, and it ranges on a scale something like this: 0 - 120 pts - Booched; 121 - 200 pts - Poor; 201 - 380 pts - Fine; 381 - 490 - Good; 491 - 680 pts - Excellent; 681 - 900 - Incredible... I think it is possible if you arrange the ranks of Basic labor, Skilled labor, and so on, if that's okay :)
Variability
Unwanted pieces are introduced to the game by the 2nd time you play, and are white sail cloth. Unwanted pieces are to be placed in a dustbin which is located anywhere around the game-play area, and just to make the game a little simpler, normal pieces are not accepted into the dustbin. Also, the pictures you are trying to weave increase in difficulty (more specific, lesser known displays). Other special features could also be added as you gain experience - ripped pieces that you must join to make a full piece, threads that you must line through a few pieces or they will break off...
End criteria
The session ends when you complete the displayed required picture.
Difficulty scaling
This game is quite difficult because of unwanted pieces and just the plain solving it. Since the required item becomes more specific and unknown, the game in itself could be extremely difficult.
Crafting type
weaving
Known problems
Swapping pieces may take a while because you have to click on two pieces that move either upward, sideways, and downward. Also, my scoring scale may be a bit distorted.
Notes
To indicate that you have solved the puzzle, the game will pause and great text on the screen will show that you have completed the session (COPY COMPLETE!) or (SESSION COMPLETE!)
