Frostbitten came across Sage when he was out pillaging, and his coffers were exploding with PoE. Alas, the ship came across a ghost ship, and was outnumbered. The crew were lost at sea, and Frostbitten was alone far away from his home sea. Thinking all was lost, he luckily realized that in the distance, through the fog was a set of islands, Sage Ocean.
Frostbitten is a kind and generous individual, always willing to lend a hand. He has great pirating skills, as well as his poker skills are very impressive. Frostbitten is busy a lot, but makes time to hang out with crewmates.

Frostbitten was captain of the crew Junior Mafia and was a prince in the crew's flag The Ignancy and couldn't be happier in both. Public Enemies was a crew built upon love of pillages, friendship and loyalty.
