Welcome to Firecrafter
Promotion is easy here. Just do well, be nice to others stay around a while and get your stats to a fair level and i or my other SO's will decide if your ready.
This crew is for the more serious game player and although there may seem like alot of rules here, we are just a fun loveing crew that loves to pillage. All are welcome to be given a chance, so join our crew, do ye best and we will BE the best. :) PROMOTIONS:

<<<CABIN CREW>>> Anyone can join the crew, just ask any officer.
<<<PIRATE>>> Crew will only be promoted from Cabin crew to the rank of a pirate if they have the badge. Just because your a pirate dosent mean you get to gun....you must be ordered
<<<OFFICER>>> Be in the crew a few days...and prove yourself in a test pillage. COMMANDS ARE: /who /vwho /tell /plank /shout. Infomation on how to use these commands can be found below. There is also a web site you should read to give you infomation on how to play the game well, a good officer that wants to be promoted to a higher rank will find it an intresting read... <<<FLEET OFFICER>>> Only trusted Officers and those that own their own ship will be Fleet Officer.
<<<SENIOR OFFICER>>> Only Fleet Officers I know very well and have a good ability to work with and help the rest of the crew will be promoted.
