Crew ranks--- Cabin person- Work well on a station and show ur motivated. If you can do this you will be invited to join the crew after the current pillage.
Pirate--- Renowned guns
Officer--- Ask any Officer of the crew. all stats must be at least Apprentice/Master. excluding guns, sword fighting, rumble and treasure haul and navigating. must also have at least broad/able battle navigating.
Fleet officer--- Show basic knowledge of blockades. Must have renowned bnav and master in the rest. Gunning must be renowned. master stat not needed in rumble and treasure haul.
Senior Officer--- Extremely trusted by the crew and show good knowledge of the game. Crew shops that could use your labor--- RuneCloud's shipbuilding, ironworking, distilling, weaving, tailoring, furnishing, and apothecary stalls on Chachapoya. Gelf's Ironworking stall on chachapoya
