Details on the Officer Test and Officer Training

-Pirates who are in training to become officers will be given the title of Midshipman.

-The first part of the Officer Test is made up of 8 short answer questions and 4 true or false questions. The questions are based entirely on a pirate's knowledge of Pillaging and the Crew Rules.

-For the second part, the pirate being tested will be asked to find, and identify parts of a ship (Ex. Hold, Navigation Table, Ect.) They will also be asked to explain what each of these things is for. This part of the test was designed to familiarize the Pirate with the ship.

-If the Pirate passes, he will be promoted to Officer. Once He/She gets an Officer badge, they will be asked to run a Pillage. This is to see how well the Officer is capable of running His/Her own Pillage.

-Fleet Officers wishing to become Senior Officers will be kept under close watch for some time to see how trustworthy they are. This is done without their knowledge. If they pass this test, they have to take the Officer Test again to see how much they now know, and what they still need to know.
