Elaborate was a flag on the Hunter Ocean, founded by Sooziejunior and Zual in May 2007.
The flag is looking for crews of any fame (rumoured and above) to join. Also allies will be welcomed, as the flag can help them and they can help the flag.
Any crew that joins the flag will be entitled to a royalty position (usually given to the captain) and one titled member per 15 crew members.
The flag hopes to get bigger and take control of some islands.
They are aiming to help our allies and get involved in blockades and flotillas often.
