Corsairs and Vagrants is a flag on the Cobalt Ocean. It was founded on April 7, 2005.

Public Statement

We be a group of mates pursuing true staples of piracy. Corsairs who sail the high seas and specialize in swordplay. Vagrants who have no fixed address, and be masters at the art of drinking. All be pirates, united under a common goal; the pursuit of loot, and a common flag; the Jolly Roger.

We be among the best in the ocean, if ye wish to join with us, and are willing to abide by the standards set forth we'd be glad to have ye. Captains are admitted at royalty status, and they the right to designate one crew member titled at the descresion of the exstng royalty.

One flag under God, indivisable, with liberty, and piracy for all!

This flag is in it for the fun. We do have standards though. For one we do not permit cursin', or unnecessary cruelty on flag vessels, or at flag/crew activities. If ye do not comply ye'll get one warning, then expulsion should it come to that.

We do not currently look to attain an island, but that may change in the future. Since this is the case we will have only mimimal flag taxes.
