Category talk:Brigand King islands

I just did go through the 5 islands in this category and not a single one was in the hands of a brigand king anymore. I don't want to go and find the ones that are and I think it is not really practical to update. So unless we find a way to automatically bring islands into this category via the island infobox template I don't think this category is very useful. --Alfwyn 14:49, 16 March 2008 (PDT)

Well, two ways to get islands into this category via the infobox I could think of:
  1. Have a parameter bigandking=yes/no next to the flag parameter in the infobox. That way it is visible when changing the flag and people are not likely to forget to update it.
  2. Compare the flag name against the brigand king flag names and put the island in this category when it matches. This isn't too hard, see User:Alfwyn/Sandbox2 for a quick test.
