Buying Happiness was a black market attraction on Acanthaster Spits on the Meridian Ocean. Due to the building's proximity to the ocean's edge, it was said that pirates must risk wetting their boots in order to go inside.
As of December 26, 2013, this building no longer exists.

Prior to the ocean merge in early 2012, the building was located on the Malachite Ocean.
