Brunneria Borealis was originally located on the Malachite Ocean. A turtle on the northwest coast of the island reads, "This island were fashioned by Damienroc."
Brunneria Borealis is the scientific name for Brunner's Mantis, also called the northern grass mantis, or the walking-stick mantis. It is found in south-eastern United States, and like whiptails, the species has no males, and reproduces instead by parthenogenesis.
The island featured in the 2008 Halloween events — during the event, pirates who visited the island would be turned into zombies, and it contained the first hint for solving Vargas the Mad's riddle.
