Ahoy there, here's the requirements needed for the ranks as follows.
Pirate -1 Broad or 1 Distinguised
Officer- Ok Stats and Have Trust from fellow members. Must lead pillys often
Fleet Officer- Captains Trust, 4 broads or more, Good stats And loyal to crew OR have a deed to a vessel which will be unlocked for crew use PLUS Captains Trust.
Senior Officer- All The above, Loyal to crew PLUS have The Captain Trust
Crew Rules
- Fleet Officers and above must help by recruiting and leading pillys.
- If you're officer and above and we feel you're not ACTIVE enough then you may be demoted.
- IF we find that you have stolen from any of our crew vessels then it is an AUTOMATIC KICK OUT OF CREW unless you can explain yourself to be innocent.
- The BIGGEST Rule is Don't Annoy The Captain.
