Crew rules
All rules shall be followed to the letter, failure to follow these rules shall result in a court martial. This may result in the following: Stripping of Title, Demotion, Expellation. Talk to the captain in order to lodge a complaint and a trial if evidence is presented will follow!
- Work hard! We like to have a laugh in our crew, but there are times when it is important to work!
- Do not argue with superior ranks. More often then than not they will have more experience than you. You have a right to object but if they say no just get on and do it, and if it fails laugh at them!
- Don't be rude when you start to really offend people its not funny. Just remember and think before you say.
- Don't argue with the captains decisions!!!
Rules aboard vessels on pillages
- Please obey your officer in charge.
- DO NOT STEAL FROM THE SHIP, The owner will look at the vessel records.
- Respect all crew members no matter the rank.... in blockades...Respect + gunners will report to the leading officer in charge and shall be allowed to gun.
- I EXPECT THE SHIPS TO BE STOCKED AND RESTOCKED AFTER PILLAGES.
- NEVER DEPORT AND SAIL WITHOUT AT LEAST 20 RUM AND 70 CANNONBALLS.
- IF RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED THE OFFICER IN CHARGE WILL BE DERANKED FOR 3 DAYS.

Pirate: when you join (ask a SO or captain to rank you)
Officer: 2 broads
Fleet Officer: if you own a vessel and show your deed to a SO or captain you will automatically be ranked, if not you must have 4 broads and 1 distinguished. or 2 solids and 1 distinguished.
Senior Officer: my complete trust!!! You will automatically be ranked the correct rank according to your stats when you join. If you would have the correct stats to be ranked higher please tell an Senior Officer or the captain to rank you.
