Barnard-Insel is an outpost island in the Horse Head Archipelago. There are two known routes from the island: The Lowland Hundred and Myvatn Island.

This island spawns butterfly weed and papagoite.

There are no buildings on Barnard.

Barnard is currently uninhabitable.
History
A rock northwest of a fish skeleton on the northern part of the island reads, "This island were fashioned by Waterbug."
This island is probably named for Barnard's Star, which is in turn named for the astronomer Edward Emerson Barnard.
